The hot water for showers seems to be inconsistent, with warm water being the best-case scenario.

The TV channels available were actually quite good with a variety of options to choose from. The food served at the hotel was also quite good, especially in the little bar. The menu had a nice selection and the taste was satisfactory.

The rooms were extremely small, barely enough space to move around comfortably. It felt cramped and claustrophobic.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel complex. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the wifi connection was fast and reliable. We also appreciated the convenient parking available at the complex. In terms of transportation, the hotel's location near Uralsk airport made it very accessible. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the convenience of having good TV channels to choose from in our small yet cozy room. It was a perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the area. the food offered at the hotel's restaurant was surprisingly good, and we found ourselves indulging in some delicious meals there.

There were a couple of negative aspects that affected our overall experience. we were disappointed to find that the hot water for a shower seemed to be a low priority for the hotel.
